Cavers,

There will be a TCMA members meeting during the TSA Spring Convention on
Saturday, May 21st at noon. All TCMA members are welcome to attend!

We will give a brief update of recent TCMA activities and we will also have
an open forum during the meeting where members will have the opportunity to
provide their input.

We realize that TCMA has been pretty quiet from a member communication
standpoint, so we are looking to change that! Please feel free to send any

[Texascavers] TCMA Members Meeting

Sorry if this is a repeat, but TCMA will have their members meeting at TSA 
Spring Convention on Saturday March 24 at noon, 12 pm. It should last an hour 
or so. This is a good chance to meet our new board members and officers.

[Texascavers] TCMA Members Meeting Reminder

left of the main lodge house.

[Texascavers] TCMA Members Meeting at TCR

Hi all,

The Texas Cave Management Association will be having a Member's Meeting 
on October 21, 2012 at 9:30 am.  This is the Sunday of TCR and the 
meeting will be at Paradise Canyon on the Medina River.  The exact 
location for the meeting is to be determined.  It will be at the same 
location as the TSA Meeting.


I hope to see everyone there to learn about what TCMA has been up to.

As a warm up act to the TCMA meeting at TCR, the TSA Business meeting will be 
at an eye opening 8 AM!

 

Right after the TCMA Breakfast begins serving beans and coffee, grab a couple 
of breakfast burritos and come on over for an always riveting TSA meeting.

 

What better way to start the day by attending a couple of meetings?!

 

Offer your input, insight, and thoughts to YOUR umbrella organization that 
covers and supports all facets of caving in Texas.

 

Come see what the TSA does, has been doing, and what we have planned (you’ll be 
pleasantly surprised!).

 

 

If you happen to doze off, due to the late night carousing Saturday night, our 
resident bouncers, Ellie and Denise, will be sure to wake you up!

 

(May have to wake them up first).

 

 

Look for us in the vicinity of the serving area and please bring a lawn chair.

[Texascavers] TCMA Members Meeting at TSA Spring Convention

The TSA Spring Convention is the weekend of April 1-3 at Fort Clark Springs 
in Brackettville.  Here is the website for more details

I hope everyone can come out and have fun.  The TSA has a great line up of 
speaker and there will be opportunities for caving trips, too!


On Saturday night, the TCMA will once again hold our annual fundraising 
auction.  This is always great fun and we have some great items up for 
auction.


On Sunday morning, at 9 AM, TCMA will hold a Members Meeting.  This is your 
chance to come and find out what your organization is doing. One item of 
business will be revised bylaws for membership approvals.  The text of the 
proposed bylaws changes will be posted very soon on our website and I will 
announce that when it happens.

I would like to announce that a TCMA members meeting will be held at TCR on
Sunday morning, tentatively at 9:30 am.  

TCMA is anxious to pay off the Deep and Punkin Preserve, and to find new
properties for development and management.  

 

More details to follow!  It will be a great TCR!
