[Texascavers] Upcoming Mexico trip

2019-12-12 Thread Crash Kennedy
Texas cavers and others,

In about 10 days we will be heading back to the Laguna de Sánchez area
in northern Mexico for our 17th survey project trip. Caves are mostly
vertical, and like I said, it is a survey trip. But beginners are
welcome as long as they have the proper training and equipment. It's
a great introduction to Mexican caving and a good way to hone your
skills with more experienced cavers. If you are interested, give me a
shout. Details are being posted on our Facebook Event page (search
for "Proyecto Laguna de Sánchez survey expedition #17"). We also have
a website at www.garot.com/LdeS, but it is a couple of years out of
date. Great scenery, fun caves, and good fellowship --- isn't that
what it's all about?

It was very nice perusing the website to see old issues of the Nittany
Grotto magazine, which is just like the Texas Caver. I had also forgotten
about your Isuzu Trooper woes!

Adventure is everywhere, at sea, on land and in the air.
