RE: [Texascavers] Re: Deadly Descent
Folks, I saw Deadly Decent on Friday night and watched it again with a friend on Saturday and was greatly disappointed. In my opinion, it was very contrived, melodramatic, and just plain over the top. I had many many issues with the program – including caving safety, conservation, education, sensationalism, and bad science. Next time, I think I’ll watch greatest police chases instead. I’m not sure that this show has any place in caving – or on TV.
