We took one of those in Whirlpool Cave this past Friday... We'll need to play with the angle that we position it on the helmet, and get some more lighting, but it seemed to work rather well! I have seen some remarkably good cave video lately that was shot without special lights, so it might be okay if it has a good, modern camera in it.
