[Therion] Flush logfile output (PR #541) - Therion log file truncated prematurely

Thanks Matěj

Limited checking suggests therion.log files created with this commit are 
complete up to the ### end of loop errors ###, although I am expecting scrap 
distortions and CRS transformations, and there are none.

Not sure if this is my oversight or something that should be written and is 
genuinely missing.

The bug has been labeled as "misrendering". It's not much but it's better than 
closed or ignored...

It is bug in MacOS Viewer too. I’m afraid nobody will correct it.
