Andrew Atkinson proposed a solution in November last year

A work around that is currently available would be to draw the scrap to suit
pdf output, and use 'revise' before the export when the scrap is to be
included in a model output.

You are right Marco, inner outline should not touch the wall. It would be
better to have this pit as outer outline and have wall oposite to it with
"-outline none" specification. But then it will not look good in 3D. 



Unless there will be separate outline for 3D and for 2D supported, this
situation will be difficult to solve.

played with footleg example,
stripped down even further.
looks like the issue has something to do with pit outline in touching the wall 
(no outline spec).
might be a bug with loch or lox export. must leave this to stacho
