Fennec and mGTD
So I went and installed a nightly build of Fennec (Mozilla for mobile devices) onto my Motorola Droid. Fennec loaded up my mGSD file just fine, and after clicking through a security warning, I was able to save the file. I didn't do much testing with anything other than save, but overall good news for mGSD and mobile devices. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups GTD TiddlyWiki group. [tw] Re: Having trouble with local tbGTD (appearance, uploading), and subprojects?
Hi sps, First of all, please note, that tbGTD does not currently support TiddlyWiki 2.6. As for those display erros... I have never encountered such. I can imagine what it looks like... but would you mind uploading a screenshot to some image hosting site? However, yesterday I had an issue where a Firefox Addon called Linkification completely messed up a tiddlywiki of mine... it was changing all that which it identified as valid hyperlinks to the corresponding hyperlink tags in the sourcecode, which eventually even messed up some plugins. I can hardly imagine what your trouble with uploading is, never had or heard of such. How does your it look like what you describe? Did you create tbGTD directly on tiddlyspot? Is your tiddlyspot document private? If not, send me an email with the url or post it here if you don't mind. As for subprojects, I would simply create a tiddler tagging to the project it is a subproject of... so that I can use the sitemap feature of TagglyTagging to display a top-down project outline in the project/ subproject tiddlers. Tobias. On 20 Mai, 04:44, sps spschae...@gmail.com wrote: I really like the interface for tbGTD, but I'm having a few issues with it (I'm currently using Firefox on Vista). When I download a copy to my hard drive, the first time I run it the appearance is fine. However, after trying to save and then re-open, the interface CSS (I assume) doesn't respond correctly. For example, the dropdown menus appear white and I can only see options turn black as I mouse over them. Also, when I try to upload the site back to my tiddlyspot account, I get some sort of error that looks as if the uploading process tried to upload every file folder in my Documents folder. Any clues on how to fix these? Also, side question: is there a subproject function in tbGTD like mGSD? thanks, sps -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups TiddlyWiki group. To post to this group, send email totiddlyw...@googlegroups.com.to unsubscribe from this group, send email totiddlywiki+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com. [tw] Re: Installing EasyEdit Plugin
Hi i'm having a similar problemI intalled the easyEdit plugin, but when I added the easyEdit bit in the ToolbarCommands shadow tiddler, it shows the 'write' option in the toolbar, when i click it it goes to the wysiwyg editer, but after i do it once, the options go away, and i'm left with only the pre-markup text in the tiddler. I'm sooo confused!!! Many thanks in advance. On May 12, 11:42 pm, Randall Williamson randall.e.william...@gmail.com wrote: Ah, that's right - I had the wrong tiddler. [tw] Re: embedding tiddlywiki's into other web pages?!
Hi Ed, you can embed a TW into *any* webpage page by using the HTML-command iframe...; example: ... your HTML-code... iframe src=http://www.myTiddlyWiki.com; width=100% height=600/ iframe/html end of your code... the source URL src can be any other TW/website on the the internet or a file on your filedrive/network: src=file:///P:/mtWiki/myWiki.html#CurrentTodo opens the HTML file myWiki.html with the tiddler CurrentTodo as starting tiddler. The embedded TW will appear in it's own design - thus if you want to mimick the design of the embedding site you have to redesign the TW appearance accordingly. [tw] ToggleSideBarTB right hide - or config.options.chkShowRightSidebar=false; as default?
Hi TwWizards (Tobias in particular) When I use Erics ToggleRightSidebar transclusion (http:// www.TiddlyTools.com/#ToggleRightSidebar) I can effectively hide right sidebar by default, when writing: config.options.chkShowRightSidebar=false; in a tiddler tagged with systemConfig. In Tobias' ToggleSideBarTB (http://tbgtd.tiddlyspot.com/ #ToggleSideBarTB) I've noticed that the macro uses variables (if it's the right word here?) for different uses.. In the right TopMenu (topmenuR) it says: toggleSideBarTB right show However if I replace show with hide - it does not hide the right sidebar as default... It doesn't respond to the config.options.chkShowRightSidebar=false; command either.. Is this a bug - or am I doing it all wrong?? What is the correct config.option?
