[tw] Re: [TW5] Question about the filter operator: list
Let's try again. Last time my post appeared twice and when deleting one, both were gone. This is what I understood from the descreption. Imagin your current filter came to the point where it had these tiddler names: A B C D E F G Now you have in your current tiddler a field called "list" containing E F G H I J list[] -> E F G I J !list[] -> A B C D if you have in the tiddler "Z" a field "mylist" containing A C E G you will get this list[Z!!mylist] -> A C E G !list[Z!!mylist] -> B D F -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group. [tw] Re: [TW5] Question about the filter operator: list
This is what understood. Imagin your current list of tiddlers from all the filter operation done is: A B C D E F G Imagine that your current tiddler has a field "list" containing E F G H I J K L Now this is what you get: list[] -> E F G H I J K L !list[] -> A B C D Same applies if you don't have the field "list" but in a tiddler "Z" the field "mylist" containing E F G H I J K L and you use: list[Z!!mylist] -> E F G H I J K L !list[Z!!mylist] -> A B C D -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group. Thanks Jeremy! I saw http://tiddlywiki.com/#FilterOperator%3A%20list but didn’t understood. [tw] Re: (TWc) Can't transcluded tiddler containing checkboxes
When it only is the header it reanders just fine. But I created a "2:ed checkboxSummer" and copy&paste the content from "checkboxSummer" into it and it showed an empty tiddler. I tried to edit and save, edit, add an enter and save, but nothing. Until suddenly there it was, after like 10 times, just like the original tiddler. But I don't know what I did to make it work. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group. Re: [tw] [TW5] Anchor within a tiddler
What do you mean with internal link? Any link within tiddlywiky will move you to the top of the tiddler you're navigating to. I have to insist to try substories. It really deserves the effort and it is the closest thing to anchors. If you need help with it don't hesitate to ask. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group. [tw] Re: [TW5] ViewTemplate equivalent
Hi, All roads lead to Rome ;-) I thought of: remove the tag $:/tags/ViewTemplate from $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/subtitle. But if you don't want to touch shadow tiddlers, Odder's method is the best. Re: [tw] [TW5] Question about the filter operator: list
Hi Alberto The "list" filter operator replaces the current list with the content of the list field of its operand. See: http://tiddlywiki.com/#FilterOperator%3A%20list If the tiddler title is omitted from the operand then it defaults to the current tiddler. Stephan has also pointed out that the semantics of the `list` operator are unexpected and not very useful. At this point I'd rather add improved filter operators and then deprecate 'list', rather than changing the existing implementation. Best wishes Jeremy On Sat, Jun 14, 2014 at 11:25 PM, Alberto Molina wrote: > Hi, > > If I write the following in a new tiddler on tiddlywiki.com > > <$list filter="[[HelloThere]tags[]]"> > {{!!list}} > > > I get, as expected, the contents of the list field of the tiddlers which > are used as tags of [[HelloThere]].
