Sorry that I wasn't clear enough. I am using the webserver that runs on node.js on my own computer. - Yes I am using the standard editor - I have closed all my tabs on my browsers and any other additional programs and I am still getting the problem - my local disk still has another 100gb of storage left and I am using an SSD
So closing all my tiddlers actually worked. Thanks I didn't now about the other tiddlers automatically updating before I closed and saved the tiddler.
