[tw] pytw with newer versions of TW

2008-12-09 Thread willsy

Hi, I got pytw working, but its using a really old version of TW,
namely, 1.2.38. Anyone made pytw work with up to date TW's ?

And the reason I am doing this is to try and get a TW working on my
jailbroken iPhone 3G. This would be pretty easy if PHP worked with
the iPhone 3G because I would just use a local copy of iTW, but I have
not found any port of PHP to iPhone firmware 2.1.

I did play around also with tiddlyweb, but it seemed like overkill for
what I want to achieve.

Thanks Ken, I'll try that.

[tw] iTW and Encryption

2008-12-07 Thread willsy

Anyone got iTW working with EncryptedVaultPlugin ?

I started with iTW and added EncryptedVaultPlugin (via cut and paste)
but it didn't create new entries in the side bar for the encryption
commands.

Anyone done this ?

Cheers !

[tw] iPhone 3G

2008-11-13 Thread willsy

I have an iPhone 3G running firmware 2.1

I have been using TW for a year or more now and I *really* want this
function on my iPhone. I also want to be able to save. The other
thing is that I store confidential information (social sec numbers,
credit cards, etc etc), so I cannot risk having a copy on the net. It
needs to be on my phone and encrypted.

I have already jailbroken my phone and installed lighttpd (very light
weight web server) and with this I can view my TW, but cannot save. I
wanted to download PHP which I know existed for the iPhone at some
point but I cannot find it now. If I could find and configure PHP
with lighttpd then I think I could use a local implementation of iTW
and I'd be good to go. But currently I can't find PHP so this isn't
an option.

Has anyone got their TW working (with saving) on a jailbroken 3G ? If
so I'd love to know how.
Do I have any other options other than PHP to get this working ? I'll
be the guniea pig, I just don't know where to go from here.

Cheers,
willsy
