[tw] [TW5] Where are all the z-index values defined?
Where/how can I find out in what z-index position various elements are? I did a search in the full code and there are only some eleven z-index values defined and none of them seem to be about e.g the view template. What is it that decides that e.g the tiddler title is seen in front of the tiddler background etc? Or is the order set in some other way perhaps?
