I would like to ask whether it is possible to use the drag-and-drop macro 
with the Image Gallery 
(http://tiddlywiki.com/prerelease/#ImageGallery%20Example).  So that, the 
image can be arranged by drag-and-drop?

Yes, the primitive widgets will allow for a draggable TOC, I just haven’t got 
around to implementing it (and don’t expect to have the time before we release 
5.1.14). It’s a good project for somebody else to pick up if you want to learn 
the new drag and drop primitives.
