[tw] Re: Introducing Image tagging for tiddlywiki
My plan is opening tiddlers from all the visualisations will be by double click. Double clicking on an empty space will also in some cases create new items. Please check my thread on VismoWiki for followup on other conversation thread... On Apr 17, 4:22 am, MobileLibrary tram...@yahoo.com wrote: hoi Jon, in one word: great! I tried to see how far i'd get with Eric's nestedsliders plugin combined with the moveablePanel, but of course all plugins work on normal tiddlylinks, i couldn't get them to refer to the nodelinks. There's also another plugin from pytw (? i forgot where i saw it) that does preview sticky popups for all tiddlylinks, but it requires a tiddler where you define all the links that you'd like to show as preview popups. So yeah, the site as you see it is as far as I get without being able to do coding. Patiently waiting for some help is the only thing left to do, i'm afraid... Another small first observation after playing with your new imagetagger: could you decide on one way to open nodelinks for all canvas plugins? Now its sometimes one click, sometimes two to open canvaslinks. I think the logical would be doubleclick to open, but then there'd be a problem what action to choose to create a new link in the imagetagger or geoTW plugins... Having one way for all plugins would reduce confusion if i ever get to the point where one could switch between various canvas navigation options... ciao! Hey ML Just saw http://www.mobilelibrary.nl and I can see you are quite close to your ultimate wish! I need to revisit this plugin, but I don't think your requests are too difficult to deal with... especially using your existing one as a basis. I will have a play and post my results soon... Jon, I tried to leave this comment at your site, but the commentplugin didn't accept a posting you did it again! I'm amazed at how many vizualization options you manage to integrate into the TW, and i'm so happy i'll just use them all... I'll start playing with this one now, keep you posted on the groups. Note: how about my ultimate wish: make the entire background (viewport) the canvas and the tiddlers pop up and close next to the node that's clicked on? with a switching mechanism, so that the user/ visitor could choose which one of your canvases to use for navigation, be it the graph, the map, or this image thing? Free and floating tiddlers in a canvas universe, that would be s cool! thanks again, ML --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups TiddlyWiki group. [tw] Re: Introducing Image tagging for tiddlywiki
Hi Ken, When I opened ImageTaggingPlugin I got the following message: exception in display tiddler for ImageTaggingPlugin in visualisationdefault: TypeError: this.graph.nodes[id] is undefined the message has to do with Jon's other plugin, the tagmindmap. It means that the tiddler imagetaggingplugin has a tag that is not chosen to be displayed in the little canvas that displays the graph visualization for his TW. No harm there! ciao, ML --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups TiddlyWiki group. When I opened the page none of my security went off.
