What's wrong with: 1. CTRL+X to cut 2. + button to create a new tiddler (this is your button) 3. enter title 4. select text field 5. CTRL+V to paste ? After all, you do want to enter a new title. Or would you be working on mobile and your text-editing commands are barely accessible?
