This is a known issue when trying to permanently accept the TiddlySaver applet's certificate on Safari (there are a few threads on this in the archives). As far as we can tell, this has been fixed in Snow Leopard (it works on Jeremy's Mac). Nevertheless, we've filed a bug report with Apple for Leopard, and are hoping they will provide a backport.
