Personally, I'd prefer a non-techie (meaning, not evidently contstructed), organic type of logo, perhaps even without letters at all. What was a tiddler again? Maybe that's the more interesting image to use... a (bunch of) witty and smart little underdog(s) of a fish of sorts. A logo can have many pixels, while a favicon is imo 16x16.
