Depends on which server-side you're using - both ccTiddly and TiddlyWeb 
are up to date.

This might be of interest:

Having said that, both ccTiddly and TiddlyWeb provide static content for 
crawlers to index, and we're using Martin's SplashScreenPlugin to bake 
some static content into Osmosoft.com.
