plugin with ckeditor don't work in ie browser. tiddler looks empty when I
try to edit it.
AND is it possible to attach to it something like CKFinder
https://cksource.com/ckfinder/demo to store pictures and files, BUT in
*free* variant?

Should be. There is a plugin for CKEDITOR which is similar at:
http://bjtools.tiddlyspot.com/#VisualEditor. i have NOT tested this in
latest TW version. It worked well in prior versions.

currently using it and very satisfied with it

Is there need for an externally developed WYSIWYG wikitext editor for
 TW? A quick googling
 https://www.google.se/search?hl=enq=wysiwyg+wikitexgws_rd=cr,sslei=jM_4VOL7L4uxygPth4KoBQ#hl=enq=wysiwyg+for+wikitext+

seems to give quite a few alternatives. Tiki
https://doc.tiki.org/WYSIWYG+vs+Wiki seems nice, at least as far as I
can tell from a quick glance. LGPL licence, and can give both html and
 wikitext in wysiwyg.

Is this athere a general search/need for a WYSIWYG wikitext editor for TW?
A quick googling
https://www.google.se/search?hl=enq=wysiwyg+wikitexgws_rd=cr,sslei=jM_4VOL7L4uxygPth4KoBQ#hl=enq=wysiwyg+for+wikitext+

seems to give quite a few alternatives. Tiki

tell from a quick glance. LGPL licence, and can give both html and wikitext
in wysiwyg.

Looks like a cool WYSISWYG implementation, but has the same problem as the
rest, they produce HTML not wikitext.

Would it be possible to use TinyMCE as the editor in TW5?
