Hi Tony - apologies for the delay in responding - I only just got round to 
trying this.  It worked!  Many thanks.  Next task for me is setting up a 
server so that I can access image files.

You should be able to do it in Bobs create wikis tab,

Obtain drift.empty.html from 
https://github.com/akhater/akhater.github.io/blob/master/drift/drift.empty.html

R-click the download button to save rather than open.

Then  in Bob's create wikis tab,
