So far, so good. I noticed that I need to do three different purges to clean up old stuff: Tagged Done to remove old actions Tagged Actioned to remove old ticklers Tagged Complete to remove old projects Not the most efficient, but it works. I sounds like a good solution. Personally I don't worry about keeping old stuff once they're done. But it's certainly a useful idea especially in a professional environment.
