I didn't find the items they described, but I thought people here might be interested: (1) Rycom Instruments Model 2174A-610B Selective Voltmeter FSN 6625-062-4228 (2) Instruction Manual, Tektronics Type 503 Oscilloscope (3) 2 envelopes (4 thick total) labeled NBS Time Receiver. Anybody have interest in these.
