For China, try contacting Rock Electronic in Shenzhen (
http://www.rockelec.com/en/html/about.asp ). Symmetricom's international
distribution was handled by independent resellers on a regional basis, and a
distributor for one country would not normally sell outside their market. I'm
not personally familiar with Microsemi's international distribution but I
imagine it's similar.
