I am just speculating that this oscillator was used instead of the 10811 because the 10811 would not fit. Therefore, it would NOT be used in other equipment. I would guess the specs would be similar to the 10811. The 70,000 series had some general purpose power bus that the McCoy would have to run off of. It might use different voltages than the 10811.
