[Tinyos-help] PCB mounted connector on Iris mote

2008-07-17 Thread Sarfraz Nawaz
Hello everyone,

We want to remove the battery casing on an Iris mote and supply 3V DC
power directly to the mote from other electronics. I can see a white
PCB mounted two pin connector on the mote with a trace leading to one
of the battery connections. I was wondering if someone can confirm
that this connector is indeed the power rail? There is a J1 written
just under the connector. Any pointers to the schematics would also be
helpful.

Can you just hook up the power to the pads where the battery holder attached?
