Which plugin are you using exactly?
If you are using this one: http://www.dcg.ethz.ch/~rschuler/ then what
is your Eclpise version? With this plugin Eclipse 3.1.2 is supported.

Did the installation finish without problem?

1) Turn of HTML in your email. We're loosing formatting, and it's making
things hard to read.
2) Be patient.
3) There are many postings both here and on the plugin forum about your
problems, did you check? Search the plugin forum and this mailing list.
