Correct. TelosB does not have this resistor, however Tmote Sky does.

On the Telosb motes, there is no external resistor for the digitally
controlled oscillator (DCO). However, I believe that the new Tmote Sky
motes (post FCC certification) do have the external resistor, which is why
these motes can have a master clock at up to 8MHz, while the Telosb can only
get to 4MHz.
