RE:[tips] Face Recognition Site

2008-01-26 Thread Robin Musselman
Stephen,

For what it is worth, I used this website as one activity in my Intro course a
few semesters back when I used the theme of faces for the semester. Our
server allowed the work on the site and of the 120 students in my classes and
myselfno problems with viruses or other such stuff afterward.

It was a lot of fun for us at the end of the semester, although a few students
were disappointed by their resemblances. Quite a few cross gender references,
but all in all we had a good laugh about it.

Hi Stuart, I've attached my list, hope it works. Many of the questions came
from the Plotnik instructor's manual. Many are my own. I believe other people
have more lists. I've tried to make mine across all of the topics because so
many tend to be for clinically-related themes.

If anyone has any recent films to suggest for the various chapters, I'd be
interested in upgrading some of my selections. I'm not a film watcher--never go
to the movies.

I seem to remember someone assembling a list of feature films that are
relevant to various topics in psychology. Could someone point me to it
again?

Thanks.
