A school district in Pa. has okayed a plan where black students can attend some sessions of tutoring taught by black mentors.I personally approve of the necessity to hold certain classes for black students taught by black teachers. As a matter of fact,black students performed very well academically in the days of segregation.There is also noted evidence that girls fare better in all girls' scho0ols.
