HO, HO, Ho...

Merry Christmas to each and every one of you!!!

I have been on this listserver for about 5 years. It seems that the e-mails
start decreasing in early november and bottom out about at the Solstice then
increase.

Another effect of T.M., decreased sunlight causing depression- I can't
remember the name... Another effect of T.M.

Good Tidings and Blessings to All

Shopping, wrapping, baking, decorating, writing and sending cards, blogging,
sleeping. :-)

I'm so thankful for online shopping. Mall shopping wears me out, even with
avoiding the most crowded times.

Frank, it is Seasonal Affective Disorder. I just hate it. I dread the late fall evenings because I start getting more and more depressed. I've taken several antidepressants over the years and am currently taking 120mg of cymbalta and it does help some, it also helps me with back and leg pain. Don't think it stops the pain any just helps me live with it and I don't have to take narcotics. Hope you and yours have a Merry Christmas.
Larry in Oklahoma where we are getting ready to send the kids to Alabama for Xmas with thier dad. Sure going to miss them.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all
from freezing Auburn, CA.

Now, I know that it is colder in some parts of the country/world than here,
but it is so much colder than this body likes it. I guess I really shouldn't
complain since we have had some variety of sun, wind, rain, hail and ice.
So far, no snow though, but we only get snow every so often.

Anyway, just a wish that we all will be able to stay warm and have somebody
to share the season with.

Warm Hugs to all, Barbara A
