Dear F
Your apology is humbly accepted!! Through the years you have helped so many of
us with this dreaded TM that you are certainly permitted an outburst or two!
You have been our doctor in residence. It's nice to have you back.
Better to be passionate about something that will truly have an enormous effect
on all Americans then the be apathetic! Have a great day.
Trudy

I am very sorry for my outburst. I have been very involved in both the

I find politics takes my mind off my constant central (neuropathic) pain.

That was no outburst. For an outburst you USE ALL CAPS LIKE THIS PLUS
SEVERAL EXCLAMATION MARKS!!

You're right, getting involved in something requiring passion gets one's
mind off these crazy TM discomforts and pains.
We'll just try to refrain from getting sidetracked from TM subjects. Take
care.

2008-10-25 Thread Heyjude48458

Hi Gary,

Thanks for being so understanding regarding Franks point of view. You are
so right...anything that makes the blood boil and takes our minds off of the
darn neuropathic pain is worth pursuing.

Politics does not do anything for me except get me upset, so I tend to avoid
it. I take in only enough of the media blitz in order to keep up with the
beliefs of our candidates. If that is possible.

Religion is another thing...as long as no one is promoting a certain church
affiliation, I see no reason why we cannot use references to our higher
power. I, for one, can use all of the prayers I can get and I happen to
believe
in the Bible and Jesus as my Savior.

What is wrong with a Bless You when signing off of an email? I would like
to know how many of you are offended by something like that?

Even I do not think this forum is to be used to promote religious beliefs.
I do not care for long poems about anything other than TM. I delete most of
the jokes and wouldn't mind if people would take me off of their list of
mailings like that.

I am interested in each persons welfare. How are you feeling? Are you in
pain? What medication work for you? May I pray for you?

I'll be thinking of you means the same thing as I'll pray for you so if
that sounds less offensive to you that's what I'll say. Or, I can just keep
my mouth shut and pray for you on my own without mentioning it to anyone.

But, as far as I'm concerned...I'll take all of the Prayers I can get. When
I was alone all of those weeks in the hospital, hearing from so many of you
saying you were praying for my recovery was so comforting. I thank each and
every one of you who stood by my side.

Sincerely,
Jude

Dear TM-ers, may I add the following on this subject:- Although the
majority of people on this list live in the U.S., I always thought of it as
international. I find these discussions distracting and annoying.
