Thanks Kevin, for the info. I requested my free guide for the WalkAide @ http://www.walkaide.com/. Many years ago, while in PT, my partner/caregiver Billy was trained to manually control the TENS unit for when I lifted my drop foot. But when it was time to take it home, they said the we where not allowed to take the manual control home. It was only to be use around a PT person. But they did let us use it at the place walking down the hallway ALONE. This looks like it would be the same thing, but a lot easier. Hi Kevin, Thanks so much for posting about this. I went to the site and printed out the information. I had my 6 month check up yesterday with my neuro. He said he thought this is something that would help me and is writting up a referral for me to go see about getting one! This is great news! I will keep everyone posted on how it works and if it really does help me. I'm hoping and praying. This is the first hope that I have had for walking 'normal' for almost six years now.
