Re: DO NOT REPLY [Bug 33538] - TagLibraryInfoImpl does not process tag-file elements correctly from JSP 2.0 TLDs
Thanks a lot Yoav ! Can you please also apply this (and 33539) to 5.0.x (maybe 28, if I have to pick one ;-)? I have a jakarta taglibs sandbox tag library that I'm afraid users lose confidence in after seeing a steady stream of error messages from jasper. I know a majority of the taglib users are currently using TC 5.0.28 as the servlet container, hence this request. Thanks for your time. -Rahul On 3/23/05, [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL, BUT PLEASE POST YOUR BUGĀ· RELATED COMMENTS THROUGH THE WEB INTERFACE AVAILABLE AT http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=33538. Configure list to suitably handle return receipts
First off, sorry about the notifications earlier in the day. I got booted, but I need my tomcat-dev emails. My understanding about Delivery Status Notification (DSN) is that if the sender of the original email requests return receipts, then a DSN compliant mail server (such as the one I use), will do the expected thing and provide that notification. I had posted this question to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in relation to the same issue last year and the response I got on that list appears at the end of my email. It appears this is something the list owner(s) can/should look into? Suggestions, anyone? Thanks in advance, -Rahul -- Snippet from email exchange with [EMAIL PROTECTED] follows -- Rahul P Akolkar wrote: I was suggested this might be a good place to post apache mailing list issues. It seems that the mailing lists accept return receipts. As an example: http://mail-archives.apache.org/eyebrowse/[EMAIL PROTECTED]msgNo=8838 Can the list software take care of filtering out such messages? It would be better to configure those mailing lists to remove headers which cause return receipts. I think old lists are missing 'Disposition-Notification-To' and 'Return-Receipt-To:' Christian
Re: Postcard
Along these lines (well, somewhat), is it possible to filter Out of office emails that we get on this list? While I have nothing against the fact that many of you end up sharing your vacation plans with all of us, I wouldn't, for example, want to repeatedly remind everyone I'm away when I go on vacation ;-) Unsubscribing while on vacation is one option, but can/should this be handled at the list management level? Return Receipts play similar tricks on those of us on DSN compliant mail servers. -Rahul
