I've gone ahead and re-set the previously Resolved bugs back to Resolved.
My apologies to the very many people that I've spammed tonight doing this
:(.

I didn't reset the Assigned field on the grounds that most of the bugs are
ancient.

I fixed this bug in mod_jk2. Not sure how difficult it is to backport to
jk1, the error handling and recovery was reorganized ( to get around other bugs).
I'll mark this as fixed - please reopen it if you still have problems ( with jk2)
or if you need it backported.
