I suggest checking your workers.properties file. I've noticed some inconsistencies when this file is referenced. Make sure iis_redirect.reg references this file as "workers.properties". (notice the S at the end of workers, i.e.- plural) Also make sure your file is named workers.properties AND NOT worker.properties.
