Howdy, Put Password.class under WEB-INF/classes, not WEB-INF/lib. Only .jar files go under the lib directory. Additionally, I strongly suggest you put Password.class in a package, e.g. com.yourcompany (and then in WEB-INF/classes/com/yourcompany).
