I checked my /home/dln/wwwdocs/WEB-INF/lib and there is a taglibs-datetime.jar in it. 

Please, what else can I do?

Is the TLD located in /home/dln/wwwdocs/WEB-INF/datetime.tld
Or is it packed with the taglibs-datetime.jar?
