This is because you are running with the same environment vars.
You will need to create two separate bat/sh files.  take a
look at the bat files in bin.  The important environment vars
are of course classpath and tomcat_home.

I can setup and run two tomcats fine but I can't get 
them to use seperate classpaths.
They also write to the same work directory.

Any thoughts?
