Topband: Crossed Field/ FCC
I find it interesting with essentially a one page filing giving no pedigree to the author that indicates it's the best think since sliced bread. Google it, follow some of what in my opinion is techno-babble threads. I recall it's great introduction before I retired, now over 10 years ago to much fan fare that apparently fell flat.
