I also contacted Southern Belle LLC (owner of the station and left voice
mail message with someone that's currently in a meeting).  I did hear them
say 1490, so pretty sure it's the same station as before.

Sounds like identical signal has popped up again on 1810 KHz again (4:46 pm
EST, 2145 UTC), and I just left Christine a message asking her to contact
WKYW to let them know it is likely that they again have a problem.

Yes, WKYW, 1490 Khz.  They are remarkably loud here at the moment (just 
after SS). . .about 15-20/S9.   And, yes, the signal cuts in and out at

The pulsing might be a high-SWR-cutout safety circuit from an antenna or
feedline issue.

I have been hearing the same thing on my BOG pointing at Bouvet. I'm in 
semi Northern Iowa I can hear the most of the day since I put the 
antenna up.  Oldies on 1.810 with a hiccup every couple of seconds.

Yep. Cyclic there and not there. Then solid for a bit, then intermittent again. 
Definitely got something “loose” going on there.
