 I have been searching for information regarding the use of v3 .onion urls
 and am wondering if you can use the shorter v2 .onion url's as mirrors and
 if so if this will compromise the security of v3 and what the implications
 may be. I have searched the internet for answers but I don't believe
 anyone has asked the question.
