 We have this page to show us the overall network capacity and load:
 https://metrics.torproject.org/bandwidth-flags.html

 but the old version of the graph was much more readable, and more clearly
 showed both the trends and also the comparison between capacity and load.
 See for example slide 19 of
 https://freehaven.net/~arma/slides-know19.pdf

 So: can we have the old version of the graph back? I don't object to
 keeping the current bandwidth-flags version too if we like it.

 Karsten has offered to run scripts manually for me when I want to update
 my slides for a talk, but that doesn't seem as good as letting everybody
 see the graph when they want to.
