I am running the latest version on Tor 8.0.3 on my Windows desktop. I would like to run a non-exit relay 24/7 and I'm having trouble finding the step-by-step process to do so. Install Certbot, shutdown Apache, run Certbot, modify Apache's certificate path settings, start Apache. Actually behind the scenes everything is still running. The mysql db is fed with Tor live data. Only the Apache config prevents access.
