Would you use Tor supplied by these people? Personally no. But if you're using a whole image that you don't trust then a trojaned tor should be the least of your worries. How would you ever know for certain? https://www.torproject.org/docs/verifying-signatures.html.en But that said even if it's signed, they claim to be based on Ubuntu.
