[SlimDevices: Touch] Favourites
I use two laptops in conjunction with my Touch, and for whatever reason a large Selection of tracks that appear on one laptop, do not appear if I use the other one. [SlimDevices: Touch] Touch Screen Question
If the clock is left on 24/7 will an image burn? I know that the numbers change but always will form an 8 figure if it were to burn an image. Also the : between hours and minutes never changes. The reason I am asking is that I have a phone with AMLOED screen. I was told that images would not burn on it. After two years of ownership, I do have an image that with the correct lighting, I can see the up/down thumbs etc of Pandora. I play Pandora at my desk throughout the day through computer speakers. I'm guessing so many hours did it. I will initially try to use the SB Touch via my old macbook pro with 120 gb hard disk as a server and my D-Link DNS-321 as a storage. I hope it will work. As long as you are running SBS/LMS on only one of the laptops you should be seeing the same tracks and other information. But if you have LMS/SBS installed on both of the laptops, sometimes running one and sometimes the other, then they are bound to be out of sync when it comes to Favorites, and possibly tracks as well. None of that is stored on the Touch. My question is I dont understand the UI on that page. For example, on that page in the flac format section, it has a setting for flac-flac-native and flac-pcm-flac. When the LMS look at a flac file, how will it know to send flac or to transcode to PCM? OK slight drift here, but related to the initial query of recovering from a screw-up. I was trying to create a playlist from my Controller yesterday and saved it, then screwed up so wanted to delete the messed up playlist I had already saved and named. I cannot seem to be able to delete this playlist. On the Touch, Playlist, if I select the screwed up playlist it just starts playing, does not give me an option to delete the whole damn thing.
