Thanks Gary - competing LMSs as you indicated were exactly the problem. I accessed the LMS on my ReadyNAS and tweaked the setting for the Audioscrobbler and it's scrobbled away successfully. One other question, if I wanted to play media that was -only- on my laptop, would I have to fire up the LMS on my laptop in order to do that? I seem remember at one stage when I was setting it all up yesterday when I started the LMS on my laptop, it asked me whether I wanted to access the music on the readynas or on my laptop. I hear you, have started the process of copying over audio but it's a slow process as wish to make sure that anything that goes on the ReadyNAS is correctly tagged has artwork - 20GB down, 60GB to go... Evening folks, Just purchased a SBT and connected it up to my network to play audio media from my ReadyNAS Ultra 2. My ReadyNAS has the LMS add-on installed on it and is connected via an ethernet cable to my router, as is the SBT. I can play audio files from my ReadyNAS using either the interface on the SBT itself, the remote the Squeezebox app on my iphone but none of the tracks played get scrobbled to last.fm. Looking at the Player tab on mysqueezebox.com, the status is showing as Not Connected and using the LMS on my laptop (OSX 10.7.3 - Chrome browser) if I go to settings and click on the Player tab, it says Your player was not found.. Could the two issues be connected as if I click on the settings for the Last.fm Audioscrobbler, there's a line that says Note: You must also enable Audioscrobbler for each player. Click on the Player tab and then select the Last.fm Audioscrobbler item for each player you want to scrobble. and if I can't see my player then I can't do this. I've tested scrobbling to my account on last.fm using VLC on my laptop and it works. Any help with troubleshooting this gratefully received. Any help with troubleshooting this gratefully received. if you are connected to LMS on your readynas, then when looking at mysqueezebox.com it SHOULD say NOT CONNECTED. You are connected to your local LMS (on readynas) rather than the LMS in the cloud (mysqueezebox.com). Regarding setting up scrobbling, you do have to do this per player. First, you need the plugin, which is on your readynas LMS. You get to your readynas LMS by going to a webbrowser and entering: http://192.168.1.18:9000/ except change the 192.168.1.18 to the IP address of your readynas. This takes you to LMS running on your readynas. Then click on SETTINGS on lower right side. Go to plugins tab and make sure your scrobbling plugin is installed and you've entered your last.fm credentials.
