I would check the port that LMS is listening on and make sure that it is
still open on the firewall that you are using. I would not be surprised
if the Windows update process did not carry your old firewall rules
forward.

Make sure LMS is running as administrator.  Also try stopping &
restarting LMS.

[SlimDevices: Touch] Player not showing up after upgrade

Upgraded to Windows 10. My Touch no longer shows up in the Media Server
Control Panel. The touch cannot find my Music. The internet works/touch
streams content. Media Control Center shows everything is in order but
"no players found"
Server status reads:
OS Windows 8 Platform 8664 Perl Version 5.14.1 -MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
Database Version DBD: SQlite 1.34_01 (sqlite 3.7.1)
