Yes, i did install it on the LMS on the laptop I use with the Squeezebox. So after that, i go to those settings on the touch itself and finish setup? Ok, I feel stupid. Between Googling things and going back to a thread I started TWO YEARS ago, I figured it out. I DID download the plugin, but never put in my Spotify username and password! I also needed to refresh LMS on the laptop I am using. Once I did both of those things, it worked like a charm. Correction: it worked like a charm until I shut down the laptop I use for my LMS server NOW it brings up playlists on the Touch, but then messages pop up that connection was reset by host and tracks say 'stopped'. NOW what? Please don't double-post. Thanks. Last time my Touch did a software update, I noticed an orange logo labeled Spotify Core on my SB screen. Curious, I clicked on it. A You must have installed Triode's 3rd party Spotify plugin. When I tried USING some of the functions, my SB acted as though it would work, then an error message appeared referring to C:\\Spotify ? not being available or open. Last time my Touch did a software update, I noticed an orange logo labeled Spotify Core on my SB screen. Curious, I clicked on it. A COMPLETELY different menu came up, including Spotify Radio and the ability to stream genres (blues, classical, jazz, etc), as well as all of the search functionality. When I tried USING some of the functions, my SB acted as though it would work, then an error message appeared referring to C:\\Spotify ? not being available or open. Does the Core logo mean that I CAN stream Spotify Radio if I have Spotify itself open on the laptop that I currently use to run the Squeezebox Server? I'd REALLY like to use the other functions that seem to be available using Spotify Core (unless it won't work for some reason). Thanks!
