Is port 3483 UDP open on the server and is udp broadcast allowed on the network. If this works all lms servers can announce themselfs to the players and can be found in that menu for easy switching. Any device you have running LMS should announce itself on the network - I've run a couple of different devices as server before now, and had no issues switching server on this screen. The only difference is that they've both been on the same router. Have you tried going to Settings/Advanced/Networking on the Touch player, and selecting a connection from there?
