The Touch has a good DAC. A cheap DAC would definitely not make a
difference for the better.

IIRC the Touch internal DAC does not support 192KHz - with EDO *only*
the digital connections support 192kHz.

Just making some comparison with friends of mine just to understand if
we feel any difference: same track 48/96/192KHz at 16/24 bit.

I can't tell the difference between a stock Touch and a Touch with
linear PSU connected to a 450 euro DAC.
Install the EDO applet for 24/192 in the Touch (what 24/192 would be
good for I don't know)
