How is your music collection arranged? Squeeze center looks for a file
named cover.jpg or folder.jpg in the same folder as the track, if there
is no artwork embedded in the tagged file. The best solution is to
arrange things with a file structure with one album per folder. For
those tracks without an album embed the artwork or use a similar folder
structure for each track. You can embed using a tool such as mp3tag.

Hope this helps. There are many ways to arrange files and store
artwork, getting it to work perfectly requires a little understanding
and some organization ... But it's very satisfying when it is sorted
out.
